Chinatown NYC, Saturday morning.

I remember trying to find this tucked away little street in NYC's Chinatown, before Google maps existed. Wondering around was a thing back then. Wondering around NYC was an extra special thing, particularly on and below Canal St. Instead of following your phone, you would follow ENERGY. Every sight and sound and smell of this neighborhood imbedded in me volumes of energetic memories. How can it FEEL so different, walking down one street versus the next? I grabbed our vibrant iridescent Mother of Platinum crystal bowl and invited Poser's favorite content photographers, @l.noble_photography, to attempt to capture this neighborhood’s unique frequency on camera.

Behind the scenes:

Outside of one of the best dim sum shops in Chinatown, we shot as employees readied the restaurant for opening. NYC is a place where you can be outrageous or discrete, extroverted or anonymous. Photoshoots here draw little attention, and often go completely unnoticed. Endless growth and creative possibilities abound in NYC's big, bold and unbothered energy.
